1 Care Home Health provides individualized patient care including skilled nursing for adults, adult private nursing, and pediatric private nursing. Individualizing care allows 1 Care Home Health staff to address the issues most important to patients and families, ensuring comprehensive support for those with medical needs. Our services aim to improve quality of life by delivering compassionate, expert care in the comfort of home, fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for all our patients.
We educate and ensure your homebound patients remain in compliance with their medication, DME, lifestyle, and diet, in turn keeping them out of the hospital.
Home Health Services Offered:
Adult Private Duty Nursing: For adults requiring more intensive and individualized care, our private duty nursing services offer one-on-one attention and support. Our private duty nurses work closely with patients and their physicians to develop tailored care plans that address specific health concerns and promote overall well-being.
Skilled Nursing for Adults: Our skilled nursing services are designed to meet the complex medical needs of adults, providing expert care in the comfort of their homes. Our experienced nurses deliver a range of medical services, from post-operative care to chronic disease management, ensuring each patient receives personalized and attentive care.
Skilled Nursing for Pediatrics: Our skilled nursing services are designed to meet the complex medical needs of children, providing expert care in the comfort of their homes. Our experienced pediatric nurses deliver a range of medical services, from post-operative care to chronic disease management, ensuring each young patient receives personalized and attentive care. We are dedicated to supporting the unique health needs of children and their families, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for optimal healing and well-being.
Pediatric Private Nursing: We understand that children with medical needs require special attention and care. Our pediatric private nursing services cater to medically fragile children, offering skilled and compassionate care to help them thrive in a safe and nurturing home environment. In-Home Nursing Visits
Our experienced and dedicated team of nurses will care for patients of all ages, from infants to adults. Our compassionate nurses have extensive experience in:

Occupational Therapy: We help patients achieve independence with their daily living activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and cooking.
Medical Social Worker: We deal with and lend a hand in counseling, community resources, financial concerns, and the assessment of living conditions.
Our nurses will do home visits 2 to 3 times a week. Our visits average about one hour long. This can last one week; other times, authorization will last a number of weeks. The patient’s individual insurance plan dictates how many visits they will receive. 1Care does not bill the patient privately.
In addition to our home nursing visits, we have nurses available by phone 24/7 to answer questions about our patients care and address urgent needs.
Next Level In-Home Nursing Visits
Our private-duty care is patient-centered and patient-driven. The goal is to help maintain a client’s ability to stay in their residence comfortably and offer respite care to other caregivers.
The 1Care private duty team consists of Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).
Private Duty Nursing
Our private duty nursing services offer long-term extended nursing care at home, with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, available both day and night. Family members are not required to be present during our extended stays, providing flexibility and peace of mind. Our compassionate nurses are available to teach, assist with care, and provide respite care in the home. They have extensive experience with complex medical regimes, catering to both pediatric and adult patients. We are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care to support the unique needs of each patient and their family.

How do I qualify?
One of the following diagnosis is usually required to qualify for services. Available to anyone 22 and older.
- G-tube Dependent (Feeding Tube or PEG Tube)
- Ventilator Dependent (At Home Ventilator Care)
- Trach (Tracheostomy)
- NV Medicaid will consider some full care/ medically fragile patients on a per case basis.
The hours covered per week are determined and dictated by insurance. Typically a G-tube patient will receive 24 to 40 hours a week depending on the medical complexity of the patient. A trach patient will get around 56 hours a week, while a vent dependent patient will get authorized for 84 to 112 hours a week.
